Headquartered in West Hollywood, California, Oliver Peoples Inc. was co-founded in 1986 by eyewear visionary and designer Larry Leight. Oliver Peoples services the most exclusive retail accounts in more than 60 countries worldwide and operates 7 boutiques located in New York (2), Los Angeles, Malibu, Costa Mesa, San Diego, Chicago and Tokyo.

In addition to the Oliver Peoples brand, the company also retains the global rights to market and distribute Paul Smith Spectacles, launched in 1994. This collection includes prescription eyewear and sunglasses featuring the whimsical yet classic designs and attention to detail synonymous with Britain’s leading fashion designer, Sir Paul Smith. More recently, in 2005, the design house launched the Mosley Tribes brand, a street luxury brand inspired by remixed classics.
